Role: BD cum Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Miraroad, Mumbai(Hybrid)

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can drive both client acquisition and talent acquisition activities for our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and managing end-to-end recruitment processes to deliver quality talent solutions. This role combines sales, account management and recruitment expertise to support business growth and hiring success.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development (BD)
- Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close recruitment contracts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders and hiring managers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Any degree
- Good Communication in English
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or business development.
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
