*Role Summary* : Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet individual sales targets within the industrial market.
o *Lead Generation:* Direct visit in Industries and industry research.
o *Direct Selling:* Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations to industrial clients.
o *Account Management:* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
o *Negotiation:* Negotiate pricing and contract terms to finalize deals while maintaining company profit margins.
o *Reporting:* Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
o *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
o *Experience:* Typically3+ years in industrial or B2B sales.
o *Skills:* Strong technical sales aptitude, excellent negotiation, and proficiency in CRM tools
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
