Job Summary
SUREKHA EXPORTS is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team by engaging with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and coordinating the initial stages of the sales process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide initial product/service information.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare reports on lead generation and conversion activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during the pre-sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales Coordination.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Tamil is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently residing in Calicut (Kozhikode) or willing to relocate immediately.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong lead-generation and customer engagement experience will be preferred.
