Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and minimize business impact.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
- Strong knowledge of message queuing systems and middleware technologies.
- Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise messaging infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose complex issues in distributed environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to optimize support tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration.
