Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Management Executive to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. The role involves managing executive schedules, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking key business initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of management priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings.
- Coordinate with departments to track tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.
- Assist in business planning, management reviews, and executive communications.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Management Executive, or similar roles.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
