· Preparation of MEP proposal drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
· Drafting and detailing of Plumbing Water Supply and Drainage Systems
· Preparation of design calculations, schematics, and detailed drawings
· Knowledge and drafting of Piping & Duct layouts
· Tank capacity calculations and water demand calculations
· Familiarity with NBC / NFPA standards
· Preparation of Technical Data Sheets, Commissioning Reports, and Handover Documents
· Coordination with project and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
Skills & Requirements
· Minimum 5–7 years of experience in MEP drafting
· Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
· Good understanding of MEP systems and standards
· Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
