About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to develop cutting-edge AI solutions for engineering applications. The selected candidate will work closely with engineering experts and management to build AI-powered tools that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and digitize engineering knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Design and build engineering knowledge assistants and AI chatbots
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Automate technical document processing, search, and analysis
- Create AI-powered tools for proposal generation, engineering calculations, and workflow automation
- Work with open-source AI models and local AI deployments
- Develop web-based AI applications, dashboards, and internal tools
- Integrate AI solutions with engineering databases and business systems
- Support digitization and knowledge management initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and technology teams
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electronics, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Structures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Self-driven learner with excellent communication skills

- Python, FastAPI, Streamlit
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning Frameworks
- OpenAI, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, Qwen, or similar LLMs
- LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG Architecture
- Hugging Face, Ollama, and Vector Databases
- Git/GitHub and API Integration
- Linux Environment and Local AI Deployment
