Project Manager – Government Skill Development & Placement-Linked Projects
(NSDC / PMKVY / CSR)
Location: Bhopal
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (as per experience & project norms)

Key Responsibilities
Project & Scheme Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of skill development projects under NSDC, PMKVY, State Skill Missions, and CSR frameworks
- Ensure strict adherence to scheme guidelines, SOPs, QPs, NOS, and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with SSCs, assessment agencies, government officials, training partners, and CSR stakeholders
Training & Field Operations
- Oversee mobilization, counselling, enrolment, batch formation, training delivery, assessments, and certification
- Conduct regular field visits to training centres and mobilization locations to ensure quality and compliance
- Address on-ground challenges related to attendance, dropouts, trainer availability, and infrastructure
Placement-Linked KPI Responsibilities
- Plan and implement placement strategies in line with scheme guidelines and funding-linked KPIs
- Build and manage a network of employers, industry partners, and placement agencies
- Ensure achievement of mandatory placement targets (wage/self-employment/apprenticeship) as defined under PMKVY/NSDC/CSR projects
- Track and verify placement evidence including offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, bank credits, and employer confirmations
- Ensure minimum retention period compliance (as applicable under scheme norms)
- Monitor placement ratios, average wages, sector-wise placements, and retention metrics
- Coordinate post-placement follow-ups, grievance resolution, and alumni tracking
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, physical & financial progress reports, and placement dashboards
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits, inspections, surprise checks, and third-party verifications
- Support utilization certificates, claim submissions, and outcome-based payment processes
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Education, or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in government or CSR skill development projects with placement components
- Proven experience in placement coordination, employer engagement, and KPI achievement
- Strong understanding of PMKVY/NSDC placement norms, evidence requirements, and outcome-based funding
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MIS systems
- Willingness to manage field operations, employer visits, and government coordination
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
