Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes utilizing HRIS systems and ATS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll processes through systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity, and manage workers' compensation claims in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while ensuring adherence to employment & labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA standards.
- Lead HR program management efforts including change management projects, process improvements, and HR data analysis for strategic decision-making.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and recruiting best practices utilizing ATS platforms like Taleo or UltiPro.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and presentation abilities to engage senior leadership and employees alike.
- Supervising experience with the ability to manage HR teams or cross-functional projects efficiently.
- Expertise in HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or Ceridian for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Skilled in performance management techniques including employee evaluation processes and succession planning frameworks.
- Competence in benefits administration, payroll processing, contract management, and HR program implementation.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement, strategic planning, budgeting, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Requirements
- Minimum work experience of 2–5 years is required.
- MBA qualification preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
