Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the automobile service department.
Ensure smooth workflow from vehicle check-in to deliver
Interact with customers to understand service requirements and explain repair details.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Supervise and guide service advisors, mechanics, and technicians.
Conduct training sessions to improve technical skills and customer handling.
Monitor repair and maintenance work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Conduct final inspection of vehicles before delivery.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for smooth operations.
Monitor departmental expenses and prepare cost estimates for services.
Achieve revenue targets and profitability goal.
Ensure adherence to company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety regulations.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper waste disposal practices.
Maintain service records, job cards, and warranty claims documentation.
Provide periodic reports on service performance and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile:
1/ Educational Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical
2/ Should have 5 to 6 years of experience in same field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
