We are seeking a motivated Warehousing assistant Manager to lead a team of 12 labourers. You will take ownership of stock auditing, generate regular performance and stock reports, manage our stock app, and help drive efficiency in the warehouse. This role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset – even freshers with genuine interest in logistics are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of 12 warehouse labourers
- Take full responsibility for regular stock auditing
- Generate reports and analysis on:
- Stock status
- Worker proficiency and productivity
- Overall warehouse performance
- Manage and operate our stock management app
- Work alongside existing senior managers who will provide training and support
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership skills – ability to guide and manage a team effectively
- Basic computer skills – comfortable with apps, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Responsible and accountable – takes ownership of stock and team outcomes
- Growth mindset – open to learning, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Interest in warehousing, logistics, import/export (formal experience not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong drive and attitude are welcome to apply
