Job Description
BuiltTech is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at project sites across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent site coordination skills, and the ability to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and timely completion of work.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Verify measurements, monitor quantities, and assist in billing activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues arising at the site and coordinate with the design team when required.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Diploma / ITI (Civil)
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction and site supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to project sites anywhere in Kerala is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
