Key Responsibilities
● Plan and deliver daily lessons and activities aligned to IVIRA curriculum and learning outcomes, using play-based and inquiry approaches.
● Create an inclusive, stimulating and safe classroom environment that supports social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
● Conduct ongoing observation, assessment and documentation of each child’s learning; maintain portfolios and prepare progress reports.
● Manage classroom routines, transitions and behaviour positively using guidance strategies consistent with centre policy (no corporal punishment).
● Build strong relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication, meetings and written updates.
● Collaborate with centre staff and Head of Centre on planning, events, enrolment, and centre improvement.
● Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, safety and hygiene protocols; participate in drills and maintain accurate incident records.
● Participate in staff meetings, professional development and trainings; share learning with peers.● Support and supervise assistants, volunteers and interns as required.
● Maintain classroom resources, request supplies, and ensure tidy learning spaces.
Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum: Diploma/Certificate in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
● 1–3 years (or more) teaching experience in preschool or early years settingspreferred. Experience with play-based / Montessori / Reggio-inspired approaches is an advantage.
● Current first-aid certification (or willingness to obtain as required).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
