THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to take full charge of day-to-day operations at our Faridabad facility. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who commands the respect of both labour and management, drives discipline and accountability, and is committed to building a professional, structured work environment.
This is primarily a people and operations leadership role. While a background in chemical manufacturing is required, deep technical expertise in resins is not a prerequisite — you will be supported by our technical team and are expected to grow your product knowledge on the job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to schedules
- Lead, motivate, and maintain discipline across the workforce — both labour and supervisory staff
- Build and sustain a professional, respectful, and high-performance plant culture
- Coordinate with department heads across production, maintenance, safety, and logistics
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Monitor production targets and take corrective action to address gaps or inefficiencies
- Coordinate with HR and senior management on staffing, performance, and plant development initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to plant growth objectives
