Job Summary
The Hospital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all marketing and business development activities to increase patient footfall, strengthen the hospital brand, develop referral networks, and enhance community engagement. The role involves managing marketing campaigns, doctor referral relationships, corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, ambulance service promotion, and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Patient Acquisition
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase OP, IP, and specialty service utilization.
- Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and corporate organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Increase hospital visibility and market presence in target areas.
2. Corporate & Insurance Tie-Ups
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate companies for employee health check-ups and healthcare services.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and government health schemes.
- Expand cashless insurance and corporate healthcare networks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with corporate clients and insurance partners.
3. Doctor & Referral Marketing
- Build strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare providers.
- Organize CMEs (Continuing Medical Education Programs), health talks, and medical conferences.
- Monitor referral trends and develop strategies to increase referrals.
- Coordinate specialist doctor outreach programs.
4. Community Outreach & Health Camps
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, school health programs, and community initiatives.
- Coordinate screening camps in villages, industries, educational institutions, and organizations.
- Promote preventive healthcare services and wellness programs.
5. Digital Marketing & Brand Management
- Manage hospital website, social media platforms, and online reputation.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor online reviews and patient feedback.
- Ensure consistent hospital branding across all communication channels.
6. Marketing Team Management
- Supervise and guide marketing executives and field marketing staff.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets for the marketing team.
- Conduct performance reviews and training programs.
- Ensure daily reporting and field activity monitoring.
7. Ambulance & Specialty Service Promotion
- Promote ambulance services to industries, clinics, and emergency care providers.
- Market specialty departments including:
- Cardiology
- Neurology
- Nephrology
- Orthopedics
- Gastroenterology
- General Surgery
- Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Dialysis Services
- ICU & Critical Care Services
8. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track patient conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Present marketing performance reports to management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Hospital Management preferred.

Employment Type: Full-Time.
Pay: ₹18,416.02 - ₹86,676.50 per month
