Key Responsibilities
- Handle room reservations through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online booking channels
- Process, modify, and cancel reservations as per guest requests
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure booking accuracy
- Maintain and update reservation records in the system
- Ensure timely confirmation, follow-ups, and guest communication
- Handle guest queries professionally and resolve reservation-related issues
- Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective booking management
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, BPO, Tele calling
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Hindi & Marathi language knowledge preferred
- Preferably from the Hospitality Industry
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with PMS systems
