Job Description: Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and efficient functioning of all facilities, equipment, and infrastructure within the organization. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, minimizes downtime, and supports smooth operational performance across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Inspect facilities, machinery, and systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, costs, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Prepare reports and budgets related to maintenance operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
