Job Summary
We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns to increase sales, generate leads, and improve overall campaign performance. The candidate should have a good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Plan campaigns to increase sales, leads, and website traffic.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize ads.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Target the right audience and run retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and videos.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and marketing trends.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel and other tracking tools.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and SEO.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
