Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Continental Head Chef to lead our continental kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing high-quality vegetarian continental cuisine, menu planning, kitchen management, food presentation, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. The role requires a passion for innovation, consistency, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the continental kitchen operations on a daily basis.
- Prepare and supervise the production of high-quality vegetarian continental dishes.
- Develop innovative seasonal menus and introduce new recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for purchasing ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and optimize kitchen costs.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
- Work closely with restaurant management to enhance customer satisfaction and dining experiences.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality and implement improvements.

key Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in Food Safety or Culinary Arts are an added advantage.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Continental Chef, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in preparing a wide range of vegetarian continental dishes.
- Passion for culinary innovation and menu creation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen teams effectively.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
