ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Kitchen Assistant in our high-protein, calorie-rich food kitchen, you help prepare nutritious and delicious meals that support muscle growth and energy needs. You follow recipes carefully, measure portions accurately, and use safe knife and equipment handling skills. You maintain strong food safety and sanitation standards while keeping your workstation clean and organized. You communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and consistent food quality. Your attention to detail helps deliver tasty, high-quality meals every time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Hotel management or any other related field
- Basic culinary skills, such as knife handling, food preparation, cooking techniques.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately
- Basic knife skills and safe equipment handling
- Clear communication and teamwork with kitchen staff
