The Manager – Business Finance will act as a strategic finance partner to business teams, driving financial planning, performance tracking, and decision-making support. The role requires strong analytical ability, business acumen, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Work closely with category, operations, and supply chain teams to drive financial performance
- Provide data-driven insights for business decisions and growth strategies
- Support leadership in evaluating new initiatives, pricing, and expansion plans

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, and unit economics
- Track actuals vs budget and highlight key variances

Prepare monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc MIS reports
- Develop dashboards for business performance tracking (GMV, contribution margin, burn rate, etc.)
- Present financial insights to senior management

Monitor cost structures across logistics, procurement, and operations
- Identify cost optimization opportunities
Conduct SKU/category-level profitability analysis

Evaluate new business models, partnerships, and investments
- Perform scenario analysis and financial modeling
- Support fundraising and investor reporting (if required)

Streamline financial processes and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
Collaborate with accounting team for accurate financial closure

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred

5–8 years in Business Finance / FP&A / Consulting
- Experience in E-commerce / FMCG / Startup ecosystem preferred

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (SQL/BI tools is a plus)
- Business understanding of unit economics & P&L
