Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Senior Analyst with expertise in Illumio Micro-Segmentation and security operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, engineering, support, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Illumio solutions, ensuring service availability, security compliance, and operational excellence. Experience with Trend Micro Deep Security, UNIX/Linux environments, and cybersecurity operations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Missions
- Manage capacity management
- Software update of PCE and VENs
- Manage life cycle of the product (end of support, compatibility...)
- Manage safety rules for GTS flows
Reporting
- Reviews / control of the rules implemented by the business
- Respond to an audit request
- Managing support (L1, L2, L3 requests, incidents and changes), administration and engineering of Trend Micro Deep Security solution
- Error message analysis on the DSM console
- Activating/deactivating specific rules Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ensure service quality, customer relations, service strategy, implementation of new functionalities
- Onboarding new applications and new customers with Start up assistance and
- Validation of the adequacy of the solution
- Monitoring and analysis of PCE alerts on the console &Monitoring VENs
- Ensure continuity and recovery of the IT PCE service
- Helping with Trouble shooting/alerts, malfunctions and support for the use of the solution/ end users , Maintain documentation
- Ensure production and development platforms stability and performances.
Follow licenses (per server)
- Guaranty service availability (24/7), including monitoring, management of disaster recovery plan, infra weekends planned operations and on call.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Illumio Micro-Segmentation Solution.
- Strong understanding of Policy Compute Engine (PCE) and Virtual Enforcement Nodes (VENs).
- Experience in cybersecurity operations, security monitoring, and incident management.
- Expertise in UNIX/Linux administration (Mandatory).
- Experience with Trend Micro Deep Security administration and support.
- Knowledge of security policies, firewall concepts, and network segmentation.
- Understanding of capacity management, change management, and service operations.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and high-availability environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications
