About Modcon Builders: Modcon Builders is a Hyderabad-based luxury real estate developer with a portfolio spanning premium residential towers, commercial spaces, and eco-living farmland communities. Our office front desk is the first point of contact for clients, channel partners, and visitors — and plays a key role in shaping the Modcon experience.
Role Summary: We are looking for a well-presented, courteous, and organised Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area, welcome walk-in clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and support day-to-day administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, and comfortable interacting with high-value real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and channel partners with professionalism and warmth
- Guide walk-in customers to the appropriate sales or management team member
- Maintain a visitor log and ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
- Coordinate refreshments and meeting room readiness for client visits
Call & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages
- Respond to basic enquiries about projects and direct detailed queries to the sales team
- Manage couriers, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
Administrative Support
- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule client meetings for the sales team
- Support basic data entry (walk-in records, enquiry logs, CRM updates)
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and vendors for office upkeep
- Assist HR/Admin with attendance registers, stationery, and office supplies
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may be considered)
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a customer-facing role (freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
- Fluent in Telugu (knowledge of English/Hindi is an added advantage)
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and grooming standards
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable with biometric attendance and fixed office timings
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Familiarity with CRM tools or visitor management systems

Working Hours
- 6 days a week, standard office timings (as per company HR policy)
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) are working days; weekly off will be on a weekday
- Candidates must be comfortable working on weekends, as these are peak client visit days
