Job Summary:
Senior Manager – Presales & Bid Management (Healthcare & Life Sciences) to lead strategic pursuit management and drive winning proposals across large and complex Healthcare
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead strategic presales initiatives for Healthcare opportunities from qualification through solution shaping and proposal submission.

Drive end-to-end bid management for large, multi-service line Healthcare deals, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive submissions.

Define win themes, value propositions, and differentiated positioning aligned to client business priorities and regulatory environments.

Collaborate with Sales, Practice, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Leadership teams to develop cohesive, transformation-led solutions.

Oversee development of executive summaries, solution narratives, case studies, and domain-led value messaging.

Participate in client workshops, discovery sessions, and proposal defense meetings, providing strong executive presence and domain credibility.

Provide domain guidance on Healthcare regulations, compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS, interoperability mandates), and industry trends.

Institutionalize best practices in bid governance, review mechanisms, and response quality across the Healthcare vertical.

Support strategic account growth initiatives and large deal qualification efforts.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. MBA / PGDM preferred.

15+ years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, or Pursuit Management within the Healthcare domain.

Demonstrated success in managing large and complex Healthcare bids (multi-million-dollar engagements preferred).

Strong understanding of Healthcare sub-domains such as Payer, Provider, Population Health, Claims, Care Management, or Digital Health.

Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, strategic proposals.

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills with attention to detail and compliance requirements.

Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams across geographies.

Familiarity with Healthcare technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks.

APMP or equivalent bid management certification preferred.
