Position: Plastic Welder

Qualification: Diploma or ITI in Welding / Fabrication or equivalent
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Welder with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in
plastic fabrication and welding. The candidate should be proficient in operating Plastic
Extruder Welding Machines and Hot Air Hand Welding Guns for joining various
thermoplastic materials. The role involves fabrication, repair, inspection, and quality control of
plastic components and structures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plastic welding using Extruder Welding Machines and Hot Air Handguns.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions.
Fabricate, assemble, and repair plastic tanks, ducts, pipes, liners, and other plastic
products.
Ensure proper preparation of materials before welding.
Maintain welding quality as per company and customer specifications.
Conduct visual inspections and quality checks on completed welds.
Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets.
Report any equipment malfunction or material defects promptly.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of plastic welding techniques and processes.
Experience working with materials such as PP, HDPE, PVC, PVDF, and PE.
Ability to use welding extruders and hot air welding tools effectively.
Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication layouts.
Good understanding of welding quality standards and safety practices.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
