Create joyful and engaging English learning experiences.
Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills naturally through stories, conversations, theatre, poetry, games, projects, and experiential activities.
Encourage language immersion instead of rote learning.
Conduct storytelling sessions, circle time, dramatization, and creative writing activities.
Integrate art, nature, music, crafts, and real-life experiences into language learning.
Build strong vocabulary and communication skills through meaningful contexts.
Maintain a warm, nurturing, and respectful classroom environment.
Observe each child carefully and support individual learning needs.
Collaborate with fellow teachers for interdisciplinary and thematic learning.
Participate in school events, assemblies, festivals, exhibitions, and parent interactions.
Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices at Parambi.
