Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2+ to 5 years of professional design experience. You will act as the visual steward of our brand, transforming complex concepts into engaging and effective visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, print collateral, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Concepting: Translate marketing and communication objectives into clear, engaging, and purposeful design concepts.
- Asset Creation: Design high-quality visual assets for various mediums, including social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, digital ads, and print materials (brochures, banners, packaging).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Multimedia & Motion: Conceptualize and develop basic motion graphics, video edits, and interactive content for social media and presentations (a major plus).
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to manage projects from initial brief to final production.
- Iterative Refinement: Proactively solicit feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal aesthetic and functional results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design (preferably within an agency, startup, or corporate marketing team).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat). Familiarity with Figma and Canva is a strong bonus.
- Design Fundamentals: A rock-solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, creativity, and high execution quality.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
