Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other business sources.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities to generate room sales and increase revenue
- Conduct calls to exhibitors & go for meetings of prospective exhibitors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company policies to close sales effectively.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, campaigns, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client information in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions for promotion.

- Strong B2B sales skills with hands-on corporate calling experience.

- Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and fixing appointments with decision-makers (HR/Admin/Procurement/Travel Desk).
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for sales productivity (lead research, email drafting, follow-up automation, CRM insights, and data analysis).
- Basic understanding of the hotel industry, MICE segment, and corporate travel business (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, professional email drafting, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-focused with strong time management skills.
The candidate will be eligible for sales incentives upon achieving sales target as per company policy.
