Qualification: B.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, VLSI, Embedded Systems, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in embedded systems and/or VLSI project development or training

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Embedded Systems / VLSI Facilitator to mentor students in designing hardware and system-level solutions. You'll be delivering an industry-aligned curriculum, supporting students in building prototypes, ASIC/FPGA designs, and real-time embedded applications, and cultivating an ecosystem of hands-on learning and creativity.
Key Skills & Expertise
Embedded Systems:
- Programming microcontrollers (AVR, ARM Cortex, ESP32, STM32, etc.)
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS, and real-time systems
- Working with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN
- Circuit design, PCB prototyping, and debugging
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and related ecosystems
VLSI:
- Fundamentals of digital design, CMOS logic, RTL design
- Experience with HDL languages (Verilog, VHDL)
- Familiar with tools like Xilinx Vivado, ModelSim, Cadence, or Synopsys
- FPGA design and implementation workflows
- Timing analysis, simulation, and synthesis
General:
- Strong analytical and mentoring skills
- Previous experience in training, workshops, or project-based facilitation
- A maker’s mindset and passion for innovation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a project-based curriculum in Embedded Systems and/or VLSI design
- Conduct interactive, hands-on workshops and mentoring sessions
- Guide students in building prototypes and digital hardware projects
- Support learners in debugging, testing, and iterative problem-solving
- Integrate current trends and tools into the course content
- Evaluate student progress through project reviews and feedback
- Promote a product-building and problem-solving culture among learners
- Contribute to developing technical content, labs, assessments, and project kits
