Security Supervisor
Location: Panjim, Goa
Job Description:
Hotel Fidalgo is hiring an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee hotel security operations, ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property, monitor CCTV and access control systems, respond to emergencies, maintain security records, and lead the security team.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (hotel or large establishment preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of CCTV, surveillance systems, and security procedures
- Physically fit and alert
- Fire Safety Certification (Mandatory)
- First Aid Certification (Mandatory)
- Ex-servicemen or candidates with Security Management certification preferred
Job Type: Full-time | Rotational Shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
