About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Academic Counselor to join our team. You will play a key role in guiding students and parents through their journey of choosing the right JEE/NEET preparation courses on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to understand student aspirations, academic background, and challenges, and counsel them effectively to help increase enrollments and build trust.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Counseling & Guidance
● Connect with prospective students and parents via calls, chats, or video meetings.
● Understand students' academic background, strengths, weaknesses, and career goals.
● Provide detailed information about JEE/NEET courses, study plans, features, pricing, and benefits.
● Recommend the most suitable courses and learning paths based on student needs.
2. Sales & Enrollment
● Convert prospects into enrolled students by explaining course value and addressing doubts.
● Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
● Assist in the admission process, including documentation and fee collection (if applicable).
● Follow up regularly with leads and maintain engagement till enrollment.
3. Product Knowledge & Updates
● Stay updated with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus, exam patterns, and competitive landscape.
● Keep abreast of all product features, offers, and updates to effectively communicate them.
4. Relationship Management
● Build rapport and long-term relationships with students and parents.
● Provide post-enrollment support and coordinate with academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
● Handle objections and concerns empathetically to ensure a positive experience.
5. Collaboration & Reporting
● Coordinate with sales, marketing, and academic teams for feedback and improvements.
● Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, leads, and enrollment status in the CRM system.
● Provide regular reports on counseling activities and sales progress.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Number of student consultations conducted.
● Conversion rate from counseling to enrollment.
● Student satisfaction and feedback.
● Timely follow-ups and lead closure rate.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
