Location: Kadavanthra – Palal Motors (Hero Dealership)
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000/month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries (calls, and online)
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up for sales/service reminders, feedback, and pending cases
- Maintain and update customer database
- Coordinate with sales and service teams
- Handle customer complaints effectively

- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
