PEB Fabrication Supervisor
Industry: PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PEB Fabrication Supervisor who has practical knowledge of structural steel fabrication and can supervise shop-floor activities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fabrication and production activities.
- Have practical knowledge of steel cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding, and fabrication.
- Monitor fabrication work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise welders, fitters, and other shop-floor workers.
- Ensure proper cutting dimensions and fabrication accuracy.
- Monitor welding quality and ensure proper welding procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Design teams.
- Maintain daily production and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, PPE, and safety procedures.
- Identify fabrication issues and coordinate with the concerned department for corrective action.
- Achieve daily/weekly production targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in PEB / Structural Steel Fabrication is preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of cutting and welding activities.
- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes.
- Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings.
- Experience in handling welders, fitters, and shop-floor manpower.
- Good knowledge of production and workplace safety.
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.01 - ₹15,000.00 per month
