Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Maths Trainer/Teacher to teach students and help them excel in school academics, board exams, competitive exams, and entrance tests. The candidate should be able to simplify mathematical concepts and build strong problem-solving skills among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to students from school to competitive exam level
- Prepare students for board exams and academic assessments
- Conduct structured classes for different grades and skill levels
- Train students for competitive exams such as Olympiads, NTSE, JEE Foundation, CUET, and other relevant entrance exams
- Strengthen students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials based on student needs
- Assess student progress through regular tests, assignments, and mock exams
- Provide individual attention and guidance to improve performance
- Maintain student performance records and communicate progress with parents when required
Required Skills:
- Strong command of Mathematics
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner
- Student-focused, patient, and result-oriented approach
- Basic computer knowledge for online teaching
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics or a related discipline (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Ed. preferred)
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude are encouraged to apply
Salary:
- Fixed salary based on experience.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
