- System Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, such as HVAC, boilers, and lighting.
- Equipment & Facility Upkeep: Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and fixtures. This includes minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and other aesthetic work to keep the facility in good condition.
- Inspections & Troubleshooting: Regularly inspect equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute preventative maintenance plans, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts to ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of building exteriors and grounds.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls for maintenance issues, often providing on-call support outside of regular work hours.
