As a Sales Consultant for our agriculture mall, you will be the primary link between our products and the farmer’s success. Moving beyond traditional retail, you will act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing field challenges and recommending tailored pesticide and fertilizer programs to maximize crop yields. Your mission is to drive growth by providing the expert technical guidance needed to ensure a healthy harvest and build long-term trust within the farming community.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice to farmers on seed selection, fertilizers, and crop protection.
- Diagnose plant pests and diseases to recommend the correct chemical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the local farming community.
- Manage floor stock and ensure products are displayed and stored safely.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture (B.Sc Agri preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in agri-retail or field work is a major plus.
- Skills: Deep knowledge of local crops, pesticides, and fertilizers.
Pay: ₹15,768.47 - ₹20,791.51 per month
