Job Description – Human Resource Director

Role Overview
The Human Resource Director will lead and oversee the complete HR function across the company’s
four verticals. The role requires a strategic HR leader who can build strong HR processes, support
business leadership, develop people, and drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and business
objectives.
Lead and manage HR operations across all four verticals.
Partner with the Chairman, Chiefs, and senior leadership on key HR decisions.
Establish and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems.
Provide strategic HR advice and support to business leaders.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Develop effective manpower and workforce plans based on business requirements.
Ensure timely hiring of quality talent across different functions and levels.
Strengthen recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
3. Performance Management
Drive and monitor the complete Performance Management System (PMS) across all
verticals.
Establish clear performance goals, review mechanisms, and feedback processes.
Work with leaders to address performance gaps and improve employee productivity.
Ensure regular performance discussions and HR interventions.
4. Talent Management & Development
Develop strategies for talent identification, development, succession, and retention.
Identify high-potential employees and support their career growth.
Design and coordinate training and development programs for employees and senior
managers.
Promote continuous learning and leadership development.
5. Employee Engagement & Relations
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Conduct HR skip-level meetings, one-on-one discussions, and employee feedback sessions.
Build a positive and healthy employee relations environment.
Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of HR-related issues.
6. Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from on boarding to separation.
Ensure effective induction and on boarding of new employees.
Oversee compensation, benefits, performance reviews, transfers, promotions, and
employee development.
Ensure a smooth and professional employee exit process.
7. HR Team Management
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the HR team across the organization.
Define responsibilities and performance expectations for HR team members.
Build a capable, responsive, and business-oriented HR function.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years of overall HR experience, with significant experience in HR leadership roles.
Experience managing HR across multiple business verticals or functions is preferred.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance
management, and employee relations.
Experience in recruitment, workforce planning, training, and employee lifecycle
management.
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Human Resources preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving
skills.
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and drive HR initiatives independently.
Strong people-management skills with a strategic and employee-centric approach.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
