We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive residential and commercial property sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiation, customer relationship management, lead conversion, and closing skills with a proven track record in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels including referrals, digital marketing, walk-ins, and networking.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking and post-sales follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan assistance, registration, and possession.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software and provide regular sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project launches.
- Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, property expos, and promotional events.

Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in selling residential apartments, villas, plots, commercial spaces, or luxury properties.
- Strong local market knowledge and customer network.
