About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic and domain-driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of intelligent finance and grantmaking solutions within our Financials and Grantmaking pillar. In this role, your ability to think analytically, collaborate effectively, and drive outcomes will help modernize how social impact organizations manage funds, steward grants, and make data-informed decisions. You’ll play a key role in advancing AI-powered workflows and deeply connected financial capabilities that reduce administrative burden and expand what’s possible for purpose-driven organizations.
What you'll do:

Define and advance product vision by aligning intelligent finance and grantmaking solutions to long-term strategic priorities, including AI-driven innovation and connected financial ecosystems

Translate domain expertise into impact by leveraging nonprofit accounting and grantmaking knowledge to shape clear, actionable product requirements

Drive cross-functional execution by partnering closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-centered solutions

Lead product delivery in agile environments by managing backlogs, writing user stories, and guiding development from concept through launch and iteration

Elevate user experience by ensuring financial workflows and grantmaking capabilities are intuitive, efficient, and aligned to customer needs

Identify opportunities for innovation by staying informed on industry trends, exploring enhancements, and supporting secure and scalable platform development

Contribute to future-ready solutions by engaging with emerging AI capabilities and collaborating on opportunities to incorporate advanced intelligence into the product suite.
What you'll bring:

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering software products from concept through launch and iteration

Knowledge of financial platforms and product lifecycle management, combined with expertise in Agile methodologies and backlog ownership

Understanding of nonprofit accounting principles and grantmaking workflows, with the ability to translate complex business needs into product solutions

Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, user-focused products in fast-paced environments

Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI or machine learning concepts, and interest in applying them to real-world product innovation.
