BRS Global School is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Computer Teacher to teach CBSE Computer Science/ICT to students of Grades I to IV. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to make technology learning engaging through hands-on activities and project-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science/ICT to students from Grades I to IV as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver interactive, age-appropriate lessons using digital tools and technology.
- Introduce students to computer fundamentals, typing skills, internet safety, coding basics, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical sessions in the computer lab and ensure safe usage of computer systems.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and project activities.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or a related field.
- B.Ed. is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed school
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Scratch, coding fundamentals, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners and creating an engaging learning environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and competency-based learning.
- Ability to teach computer fundamentals and digital literacy to primary students through fun, hands-on, and activity-based lessons.
- Familiarity with age-appropriate coding concepts (Scratch Jr./Scratch), computational thinking, and safe internet practices for young learners.
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills to create an engaging and child-friendly learning environment for Grades I–IV.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
