We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the Printing and Signage industry to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial printing, digital printing, large-format printing, signage solutions, branding, and display products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, retail, hospitality, construction, and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell printing and signage solutions, including:
- Digital Printing
- Offset Printing
- Large Format Printing
- Indoor & Outdoor Signage
- Vehicle Graphics & Wraps
- Exhibition Displays
- Acrylic Signage
- LED Sign Boards
- Banners, Stickers & Vinyl Graphics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Meet customers to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2years of sales experience in the Printing & Signage industry
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of printing materials, signage products, branding solutions, and production processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driving license is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing client network within the printing, advertising, branding, or signage industry is an advantage.
- Experience in estimating print and signage projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
