We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive domestic sales of pharmaceutical consumables across assigned territories.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage domestic sales operations for pharmaceutical consumables (IV Bags) across assigned territories
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets (inquiries, conversions, and revenue)
- Conduct customer visits, negotiations, and order finalization
- Coordinate with technical teams for quotations, pricing, and offer preparation
- Drive lead generation, order conversion, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain strong post-sales customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with reporting manager on strategy, planning, and key deals
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and continuous business growth
- Should be able to pitch the product (eg. plastic characteristics) to Pharma Indusrties.
Preferred Knowledge:
- Sterile pharmaceutical consumables (IV accessories, bags, etc.)
- Pharma manufacturing and procurement processes
- CRM tools and territory-based sales planning
- Market trends and competitor awareness
