Job Profile – Admin Executive (Degree College)
Position: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Principal
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative activities related to Osmania University (OU).
- Manage university correspondence, affiliations, approvals, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate admission and examination processes as per OU norms.
- Prepare and submit reports, returns, and required documentation to the University and other statutory bodies.
- Maintain student records, admission files, and examination data.
- Coordinate with university officials regarding academic and administrative matters.
- Assist in NAAC, AISHE, UGC, and other regulatory compliance activities.
- Draft official letters, notices, and maintain institutional records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
Qualification & Experience:
- Master's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Degree College administration, preferably in an Osmania University affiliated institution.
Skills Required:
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and college management software.
Pay: ₹15,075.81 - ₹20,000.00 per month
