We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Counter Sales Executive to join our retail textile store. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fabric handling, possess excellent measuring and cutting skills, and have a passion for helping customers find exactly what they need.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers at the counter in selecting fabrics, colours, and materials as per their requirements
- Accurately measure, cut, and fold lengthy cloth bundles with care and precision
- Maintain neat and organised display of fabric rolls and stock on shelves
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximise sales
- Maintain stock records and inform management of low inventory levels
Who we are looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in a textile or fabric retail environment
- Skilled in measuring and cutting fabric accurately using standard tools
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of fabric types, weaves, and textile terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customers
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
