Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, cold calling, lead generation, B2B sales, and email marketing. They should be able to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and email marketing.
- Engage with potential clients through B2B sales strategies and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to create effective outreach campaigns.
- Prepare and present proposals, sales pitches, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads, contacts, and sales activities in CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
