About BLEP
BLEP is building India's next generation pet brand with clean nutrition, thoughtful products, and content that pet parents genuinely love. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can create designs that not only look good but also drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Create high-performing ad creatives for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
- Design product packaging, labels, inserts, brochures, banners, and other print collateral.
- Develop visual assets for product launches, campaigns, website, email marketing, and marketplace listings.
- Create product mockups and marketing collateral while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and packaging work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of typography, layouts, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bonus If You Have
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Experience creating creatives for performance marketing.
- Understanding of social media trends and content-first design.
