Hiring: Junior Project Manager (Site Execution)

InfinityBox Private Limited is looking for an experienced Junior Project Manager / Site Engineer to manage on-site construction execution for a commercial project.
The role requires strong site coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site execution across Civil, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, and Interior Finishing works Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards Conduct quality inspections, milestone checks, and testing supervision Implement site safety practices, HSE audits, and compliance documentation Monitor project timelines and prepare weekly progress reports and issue logs Manage snagging, defect closure, and project handover documentation Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in construction site supervision or project execution
Exposure to Civil, MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems
Experience handling 2–3 General Contractor (GC) commercial projects.
Strong understanding of quality inspections, HSE practices, and project documentation
Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure smooth site coordination
