Role Overview
As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in engaging with parents, understanding their child's learning needs, recommending suitable learning programs, and driving enrollments through a consultative sales approach.
Based on business requirements and successful completion of training, candidates will be assigned to one of the following processes:
- International Market (Rest of World)
- US Market
- Domestic Market (India)
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective parents through outbound and inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand each child's current learning level and educational needs.
- Recommend the most suitable BrightCHAMPS programs and personalized learning paths.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments by effectively handling objections and communicating program value.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and update lead status accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enrolled students.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Working Days: 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays (one weekday off based on business requirements).
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home.
- Candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.
- A stable internet connection is mandatory for video consultations and CRM access.
- Process allocation will be based on business requirements and successful completion of training.
Shift Timings (Based on Process Allocation)
- International Market (Rest of World): Shift Window – 5:00 AM IST to 3:00 AM IST (Rotational shifts within this window)
- US Market: 10:00 PM IST to 7:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
- Domestic Market (India): 12:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Additional proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage for the Domestic Market.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in assigned shifts based on business requirements.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
