Responsibilities:
Conduct Village Survey(identifying areas for business growth).
Sourcing new customers(adding new member).
Formation of Joint Liability Groups (explaining group formation and processes in detail).
Document Verification (collecting documents from members).
Data entry of applicant details on the application system, enrollment forms at the center.
Check the Credit Bureau report of members and process those who pass the CB report.
Educating members on the company's process and training them on product details through a 2-day process.
Clarifying the responsibilities of the Center Leader and Group Leader.
Conducting household verification to understand the members' living conditions, loan disbursement to members.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
