We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can build scalable web applications, mobile applications, CRM solutions, and API integrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb & Mobile Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Develop and maintain Android and iOS mobile applications with a seamless user experience.
- Build secure RESTful APIs for web and mobile platforms.
- Ensure applications are responsive, high-performing, and secure.
Customer Portal & CRM Development
- Develop a Customer CRM Portal where participants can:
- Log in securely to their account.
- View their registration and event details.
- Track payment and application status.
- Upload required documents (ID proofs, medical certificates, waivers, and other event-related documents).
- Update personal information and profile details.
- Receive notifications and important event updates.
Admin CRM
- Build an admin dashboard to:
- Manage customer registrations.
- Verify uploaded documents.
- Track participant progress.
- Manage events and registrations.
- Generate reports and analytics.
- Handle customer communication and follow-ups.
Leaderboard Development
- Develop a real-time leaderboard system for BeastDrive events.
- Display rankings based on event performance and timing.
- Ensure accurate synchronization between web and mobile platforms.
API & Automation
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Create WhatsApp API integrations for:
- Registration confirmations.
- Payment reminders.
- Event updates.
- Document submission reminders.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Integrate payment gateways and third-party services.
Database & Security
- Design and maintain secure databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js, or Laravel.
- Experience developing Android and iOS applications using Flutter or React Native.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API.
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Cashfree, Stripe, etc.).
- Knowledge of Git and version control.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Preferred Skills
- Experience building CRM platforms.
- Experience developing customer self-service portals.
- Experience implementing file and document upload systems with secure storage.
- Knowledge of Firebase notifications and authentication.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Understanding of website and application security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience building end-to-end web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
